Shipping & Returns
GST
We are required to automatically charge and withhold 15% GST for all orders within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all other taxes, on orders shipped to any other country.
SHIPPING
Product will be packaged and shipped after payment is received by Harris Pumps & Filtration Ltd. Normal shipping times are one to three days.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT
- DAMAGED PRODUCT
Product damaged in transit is the responsibility of the shipping company and is covered by their insurance, terms and conditions. Typically, a claim must be made within one day. Because of this short timeframe it is the customer’s responsibility to email all the relevant details including photos, invoice and contact details us as soon as possible or contact the shipping agent directly.
- INCORRECT PICKING
In the unlikely event of a picking error please email all the relevant details including photos, invoice and contact details so this can be rectified. Product must be unused, in new resalable condition, in unopened packaging. Must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
- WARRANTY OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Most purchases are covered by some kind of manufacturers warranty which can vary from product to product and sometimes depend on the use. Warranty is reserved for genuine manufacturing faults where the product is correctly used and not customer misadventure, negligence or abuse.
If you believe a product has failed from a genuine manufacturing fault please email us with the details and attach a copy of the invoice and photos supporting your claim.
- CHANGE OF MIND
Once product has been sent from site a cancellation refund or store credit is at the discretion of Harris Pumps & Filtration Ltd. Product must be unused, in new resalable condition, in unopened packaging. Must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The cost of shipping is the customers responsibility.
